We may process your account email and profile, treatment-cycle information, headache and migraine diary entries, pain intensity, medication, food, movement, symptoms, notes, and the time of each entry. If you choose optional features, we may also process voice recordings and transcripts, Apple Health summaries such as sleep, steps, activity, heart rate and heart-rate variability, and approximate location used to retrieve weather and air-quality context. Our early-access website also collects the information you submit to the waitlist, such as email, age range, city, and migraine frequency.

We use this information to save and synchronize your diary, present your history, prepare personal pattern summaries, transcribe recordings you deliberately submit, provide account support, secure the service, and operate the early-access waitlist. Migraine0 does not sell personal data and does not use health data for advertising.

Apple Health, microphone, and location access are optional. Migraine0 reads only the Health categories shown in the system permission screen and does not write to Apple Health. Voice audio is sent for transcription only when you start a voice check-in. Location is rounded before it is stored and is used only to obtain local weather and air-quality context. You can refuse these permissions and continue using manual diary features.

We use Supabase for authentication, database hosting, and server functions; Mistral AI for voice transcription and optional pattern analysis; Open-Meteo for weather and air-quality information; and Vercel for the public website and privacy-preserving website analytics. These providers process only the information required to deliver their service under their own security and data-processing terms. Open-Meteo receives coordinates without your Migraine0 account identifier.

The mobile app keeps a local copy so your diary remains available between sessions and synchronizes account data with our cloud database. Migraine0 does not store the original audio file in its cloud database. Temporary device and provider copies may exist for the time needed to complete the transcription request. Account and diary data are retained while your account is active, then deleted when your account deletion is completed unless a limited retention period is required by law, security, or fraud prevention. Waitlist data is retained until early access is completed and then removed when it is no longer needed.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent for optional processing. You can revoke Health, microphone, and location permissions in your device settings. To request account and associated-data deletion, email privacy@migraine0.com from the address linked to your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority, including the CNIL in France.

We use access controls, encrypted network connections, per-user database rules, and restricted service credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security. Some providers may process data outside your country; where required, we rely on appropriate contractual and legal transfer safeguards.

Migraine0 is a record and wellness-support tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat migraine, and does not replace a clinician or emergency care. Pattern summaries describe possible associations, not proven causes.

We may update this notice as the product or its providers change. We will publish the revised date here and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
