By downloading, accessing, or using Migraine0, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Migraine0 is a personal-treatment diary application designed to help you track headache and migraine days, identify patterns, and generate summaries for your own reference and for consultation with your healthcare provider.

Migraine0 is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. It does not provide medical advice, recommend medications, or replace professional healthcare. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app.

Migraine0 offers an optional auto-renewing subscription called Bloom that unlocks premium features including unlimited PDF consultation reports, AI-powered pattern analysis, cloud synchronisation, and community insights.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices are displayed clearly before purchase. We may change prices for future subscription periods with prior notice.

You retain full ownership of the diary entries, voice recordings, notes, and any other data you submit to Migraine0. We process your data only as described in our Privacy notice to provide and improve the service. Migraine0 does not sell your personal data.

You agree not to use Migraine0 for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate another person, to interfere with the security or operation of the service, or to submit false or misleading health information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

The Migraine0 name, logo, visual design, source code (where applicable), and subscription name "Bloom" are the property of Migraine0 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

Migraine0 is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that pattern analyses are medically accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Migraine0 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to reliance on generated reports or pattern insights.

You may stop using Migraine0 at any time. You may delete your account from within the app, which removes your personal data from our servers. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Subscription payments are not refunded for partial periods except as required by applicable law.

Migraine0 uses third-party services including Supabase (authentication and database), Mistral AI (voice transcription and pattern analysis), Open-Meteo (weather data), and Vercel (website hosting). These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of Migraine0 is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
